Abstract/Citation: Contains three sections amending s. 5(1)(2) of Act. No. 765 of 2002 and adds new ss. 5(3) and 24a; amends s. 2(1)(2) of Act No. 846 of 2000 and adds new ss. 2(2) and 6(3). Amendments imply that, to qualify for child allowances, the child must reside in the country; an exception might be granted if child is temporarily abroad as part of education aimed at improving its possibilities to succeed during a continued stay in the country.
