Part 2 (s. 2-3) regulates powers of minister. Part 3 (s. 4-6) provides for establishment, responsibilities and powers of Health Authority. Part 4 (s. 7-21) deals with Board of Health Authority and its operations. Part 5 (s. 22-34) contains provisions regarding officers and employees. Part 6 (s. 35-46) deals with access to and confidentiality of health information. Part 7 (s. 47-48) provides for information returns and regulations. Part 8 (s. 49-59) deals with appeals committee. Part 9 (s. 60-67) contains transitional and miscellaneous provisions.
