| Abstract/Citation: | Amends several sections of the Integration Act, inter alia, ss. 1 (objectives), 10(2) (unaccompanied minor refugees), 16(2) (introduction programme), 19(3-4) (individual contract between foreigner and municipality), 20 (follow-up of the individual contract), 23, 23a (vocational guidance and further qualification), 23b-d (job practice offer by municipality), 24a (contributions by municipality to foreign worker), 25a (duty, under specified conditions, for municipality to assist foreigner in working) and 45 (financial assistance by municipality for introduction programme). Amends several sections of the Aliens Act, inter alia, s. 11(3) (residence permit). |
