| Abstract/Citation: | Comprehensive legislation governing state-owned enterprises. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 deals with state limited liability company ("persero"); Part 3 with public corporation ("perum"). Part 4 regulates merger, consolidation, aquisition and dissolution of state-owned enterpises. Part 5 sets forth obligation to provide public service. Part 6 provides for internal audit division, audit committee and other committees; Part 7 for external audit. Part 8 deals with restructuring and privatization. Parts 9-10 contain miscellanous, transitional and final provisions. |
