Regulates procedures with regard to refugees and asylum seekers. Divided into 6 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 governs procedures. Part 3 regulates treatment of asylum seekers and refugees. Part 4 deals with revocation of refugee status. Part 5 regulates accelerated procedures, and Part 6 contains miscellanous provisions.
