Abstract/Citation: Unofficial English translation. Prohibits the incitement of social, national, tribal, racial or religious enmity (section 164). Contains specific provisions on crimes commited against families and juveniles and, in particular, a section on trading in juveniles (article 133). Makes provision for sanctions in case of violation of occupational safety rules (including in mining and construction work) (sections 152, 245 and 246).
