| Abstract/Citation: | Prescribes labour protection requirements when using work equipment and working at a height in order not to cause risk to the safety and health of workers. Divided into 7 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 sets forth requirements for work equipment, Part 3 additional requirements for mobile work equipment, and Part 4 additional requirements for work equipment intended for lifting of weights. Part 5 regulates requirements for working at a height. Part 6 provides for obligations of employees, and Part 7 contains final provisions. Unofficial English translation. |
