Abstract/Citation
Makes provision for two types of work permit for foreigners: (a) temporary work permit. These are issued to staff and management specialists, technical staff, skilled workers, and service providers and other workers. (b) Permanent work permits. These are granted to foreign immigrants duly recognised by the Interior Ministry, and foreign investors, spouses and dependants duly recognised by the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
