Abstract/Citation: Prohibits employment of minors under the age of 16 by state organs, social bodies, enterprises, institutions, non-governmental non-profit organizations and private businesses. No institution or individual shall provide employment services to minors under the age of 16. Minors under the age of 16 are prohibited from engaging in private business activities. Also provides for obligation of parents or guardians of minors to protect their physical and mental well-being, ensure their right to receive compulsory education, and not to allow them to be employed illegally. Makes provision for duty of employers to check identity papers when hiring personnel, duties and powers of labour protection authorities in implementing these regulations, and fines for breach of said prohibitions.
