| Abstract/Citation: | Various and numerous amendments. Introduces, inter alia, in article 9 provisions allowing the employer, when his financial situation so requires, to suspend up to 3 years and in consultation with trade unions the application of labour regulations pertaining to rights and obligations of the employer and the employees respectively. This does not apply however to provisions of the Labour Code. |
