Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on nationality, immigration and asylum. Divided into 8 parts. Part 1 deals with naturalization, deprivation of citizenship, registration of citizenship, legitimacy of child and several related matters. Part 2 makes provision for accomodation centres; Part 3 for other support and assistance. Part 4 regulates detention and removal, Part 5 immigration and asylum appeals, and Part 6 immigration procedure. Part 7 contains provisions regarding offences and Part 8 final provisions.
