| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates work of foreigners in Turkey through a system of work permits. Divided into seven parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 sets forth obligation of obtaining and authority of issuing work permit. Part 3 provides for different types of work permit, as well as for exemptions and restrictions. Part 4 regulates issue, extension, rejection and cancellation of work permits. Part 5 provides for obligation of notification, inspection, regulatory authority and penal sanctions. Part 6 contains amendments made in some laws and Part 7 final provisions. |
