Contains a consolidated version of the Refugees Act of 22 February 1995 and amends section 4 of the Act on the legal status of foreigners and stateless persons. The Refugees Act contains, inter alia, provisions relating to registration of refugees, their rights and obligations, and conditions for loss of status.
