| Abstract/Citation: | Provides, inter alia, that civic service can be postponed if a person is an apprentice or has a job for the first time, until the end of the apprenticeship or of the probation period, for a maximum of one year. Repeals the Regulations of 1997 on fulfilment of military obligation and civic service. |
