| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for establishment of Council for Development (composed of Government representatives) to assist in an operation of the Supreme Council for State Reform regarding social affairs. Council shall be located at Ministry of Planning's Cabinet. Mission of Council is to initiate, promote, operate, facilitate and monitor implementation of social policies and programs as directed by the Supreme Council for State Reform.
