Abstract/Citation
Aims at promoting employment. Consists of 6 chapters and 25 articles. Chapter 1 sets forth definitions, and outlines overall policy goals in employment promotion. Chapters 2 and 3 provide for different types of job creation measures. Chapter 4 establishes Employment Promotion Fund. Chapter 5 regulates structure of employment promotion institutions. Chapter 6 provides for fines and penalties in the event of breach of law. Unofficial translation available in English.
