Abstract/Citation: Provides for prohibition of use of child labour. Child labour is defined as work by person under the age of sixteen years who is employed by individual or legal entity or who is working for his or her own profit. Applies to all state organs, social groupings, enterprises, family workshops and natural persons located within the jurisdiction of the City of Shantou. Also provides for certain exceptions.
