Second Region

Deals with various aspects of civil service. Divided into 12 parts. Part I contains general provisions. Part II regulates activities of civil service bodies, Part III organization of civil service bodies, and Part IV relations between civil service bodies. Part V provides for publicity of work, Part VI for legal acts of civil service bodies, and Part VII for dispute settlement on competence. Part VIII deals with judging by complaint, Part IX with exemption of official person, Part X with office operation, and Part XI with funding of civil sevice activities. Finally, Part XII contains provisions regarding penalties, implementation, as well as transitional and final provisions. Unofficial English translation avalaible.
