Second Region

Seeks to ensure that, in keeping with reforms of Atatürk, public officials dress with decorum and without excess, in plain clothes and simple style, and that their dress and style form a harmonious whole. Applies to all categories and grades of civil servants, including personnel under contract and temporary employees. Section 5 sets forth separate dress codes for men and women.
