Abstract/Citation: Sections 13, 14 and 16 regulate foundation of associations. Section 13 establishes that members of any association shall be prohibited from interfering in ethnic, political, racial or religious conflicts. Section 14 provides that no association shall participate in conferences and meetings outside the United Arab Emirates without prior permission from Ministry. Section 16 regulates financial supervision of associations.
