| Abstract/Citation: | Amends several sections covering, inter alia, ss. 33c (payment of compensation to the supplementary labour market pension) and 33d-e (financial management rules for payments made to the supplementary labour market pension) of the Act (No. 285 of 2001). Adds chapter 5d (supplementary labour market pensions to early retired persons) to the Act (No. 284 of 2001) respecting supplementary labour market pensions. |
