Abstract/Citation
Regulates proclamation of state of emergency and measures to be implemented in state of emergency. State of emergency may be proclaimed in the event of natural disasters, dangerous epidemic diseases, serious economic crises, widespread acts of violence, and serious deterioration of public order. Part II specifies obligations and measures to be taken. These include labour obligations for all citizens between 18 and 60 years of age.
