| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates employment in public institutions and organisations of persons who are obliged to perform military service pursuant to the Military Act (No. 111) but who are surplus reserves because the current personnel needs of the Turkish Armed Forces are covered. Provides for provision of food, clothing, accomodation and other entitlements to such persons. Sets forth principles pertaining to payment of exemption sum by surplus reserves, and deals with various administrative matters. Section 6 sets forth prohibition to participate in strikes and trade union activities. Unofficial English translation available. |
