Abstract/Citation: Provides for safety and health protection of employees at work. Also regulates obligations, rights and mutual relations between employer, employees and their representatives, and State institutions. Divided into 5 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 provides for obligations and rights of employers; Part 3 for obligations and rights of employees and trusted representatives. Part 4 deals with competence of State and local governments in the field of labour protection. Part 5 regulates supervision, control and liability.
