Abstract/Citation
Provides for conditions of entitlement to State funeral benefits and procedure for their grant and payment. State funeral benefit is a single benefit prescribed to cover the expenses of a funeral in the territory of Estonia of a permanent resident of Estonia or an alien residing in Estonia on the basis of a temporary residence permit.
