Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on criminal procedure. Part I establishes guiding ideology, fundamental principles, and jurisdiction of different courts. Also regulates disqualification of judges and prosecutors, right of the accused to defend himself, evidence, compulsory measures, supplementary civil action, periods and service. Part II makes provision for filing a case, investigation and institution of public prosecution. Part III deals with trial, and Part IV with execution.
