Abstract/Citation
Defines which work is to be considered heavy and dangerous, and the types of jobs for which women and minors between 16 and 18 years of age may be employed. Sets forth prohibition to employ minors under 16 years of age for heavy and dangerous work. Women and minors above 16 years of age who have completed training at special technical and vocational traning schools and have acquired vocational skills in a trade may be employed in heavy or dangerous work. Section 3 regulates issuance of medical certificate. Unofficial English translation available.
