Second Region

Requires employers, pursuant to the Organisation of the Working Time Act 1997 to keep (a) a record of the number of hours worked by employees on a daily and weekly basis; (b) a record of leave granted to employees in each week by way of annual leave or in respect of a public holiday and payment made in respect of leave; (c) a weekly record of the notification of the starting and finishing times of employees. Also requires employers to keep a copy of the statement provided to each employee under the provisions of the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994.
