Promulgated by the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General. Comprehensive labour legislation. Provides for prohibition of discrimination, minimum age, prohibition of forced labour, rights to organise and to collective bargaining, collective agreement, protection against acts of anti-union discrimination, protection against acts of interference, employment relationship, labour contract, termination of labour contract, termination of labour contract due to economic, technological or structural changes in an enterprise, equal pay for women and men, wages, minimum wage, working time, annual leave, official holidays, maternity leave, compassionate leave, unpaid leave, sick leave, employees' register, labour inspection, and penalties.
