Abstract/Citation
Provides for parental leave, parental benefit and right to part-time working hours. Part I deals with types of parental leave (maternity leave for 105 days, father leave for 90 days, leave for child care and leave for adoption) and types of benefits. Part II concerns family benefits: types of benefits and beneficiaries. Part III provides for payment conditions. Repeals the provisions of the Act on fundamental rights related to labour relation and of the Act on labour relations, which concern maternity and parental protection.
