Makes provision for social insurance. Divided into 6 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-4) contains general provisions. Aim of social insurance is to insure risk of insured individuals' or their dependants' loss of income arising from sickness, disability, maternity, unemployment, old age, loss of working capabilities, as well as from work injuries and occupational diseases. Part 2 (s. 5-6) deals with insured individuals. Part 3 (s. 7-11) provides for insurance resources and procedures for their usage. Part 4 (s. 12-19) regulates compulsory contributions; Part 5 (s. 20-23) calculation of compulsory contributions. Part 6 (s. 24-26) deals with administration of compulsory state social insurance.
