Abstract/Citation
Comprehensive legislation on national defence. Part I deals with Department of National Defence. Part II regulates composition and employment of defence forces, and Part III terms of service of members of defence forces. Part IV provides for powers and privileges relating to defence forces; Part V for defence forces regulations and orders. Part VI deals with civil courts and authorities and the code of service discipline; Part VII with code of service discipline and service tribunals in relation to civilians. Finally, Part VIII regulates offences triable by civil courts. First Schedule sets forth code of service discipline.
