Abstract/Citation
Makes provision for resettlement of certain offenders and habitual offenders. Establishes resettlement centers and regulates issuing of, and appeal against, resettlement orders. Resettlement orders can be made with respect to any person who has been convicted by a court of a schedule offence, or with respect to any person convicted of any offence punishable with imprisonment for a term of two years or more.
