Abstract/Citation
Pursues the aim of controling certain crime and culpable non-criminal misconduct. Part II establishes the Economic Crimes Court, and regulates its duties and powers. Part III makes provision for investigation of economic crimes, and Part IV for procedure prior to and during trial before the Court. Part V deals with offences and penalties. Schedule 1 contains a list of economic offences.
