| Abstract/Citation: | The Law amends articles 11 and 12 and repeals articles 18 and 22 of Labour Law No. 91 and its amendments and charges the Ministry of Labour employment offices with finding work for the unemployed at home and abroad. The new article 18 provides that the Ministry shall be responsible for organising the work of Syrian Arab Nationals abroad , secure work for them and seek to safeguard their rights. |
