Abstract/Citation: A Directive issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs requiring that all positions becoming vacant at enterprises employing ten workers or more should be filled from the list of workers registered with the recently established Employment Office and in order of their registration. The directive provides for a number of exceptions.
