| Abstract/Citation: | Made under the Freight Containers (Safety Ordinance). Prescribes arrangements in relation to the appointment of authorised persons under Sections 5 and 6 of the Ordinance. Provides for conditions of eligibility for appointment as an authorised person and specifies functions of an authorised person. Requires authorised persons to keep records relating to approval of containers. Finally, determines circumstances under which Director of Marine may revoke appointment of an authorised person. |
