Abstract/Citation
The Treaty provides definitions, conditions under which it is applicable, beneficiaries, equality of treatment, payment of subsidies abroad, non-cumulation of subsidies. It also defines which law is applicable to which group of persons, and defines several kinds of benefits for different situations, such as sickness and motherhood, disability, old age, unemployment, and family benefits.
