Made under the Social Security (Employment Injuries Insurance) Ordinance. Amends Employment Injuries (Claims) Regulations. Provides that every employer shall take reasonable steps to investigate the circumstances of every accident suffered by any of his employees which may give rise to a claim to benefit.
