| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes limits, inter alia, on the number of hours that young people may work as well as the types of jobs that they may hold. Requires that employers provide medical examinations for potential young employees as well as young employees (on an annual basis). Amends provisions of the Factories Act, setting out "agents and processes of work" to which young workers cannot be exposed. |
