Abstract/Citation: Adds and amends several provisions, inter alia, ss. 35 (2) (duty to inform for persons under official duty), 37a (assistance for children in need thereof), 42a and 43 (decision to accommodate young of at least fifteen years' age outside the home), 46 (1, 2) and 48 (administrative rules), 58a (plan elaborated by municipal authorities for youth under 18 years' age with a criminal record), 59a (administrative rules in case a child cannot return home as provided for under s. 42a), 60 (1) and 62 (1) (different forms of assistance provided by municipal authorities in case of problems with young people), and adds chapter 9a (assistance to youth between 18 and 22 years' age) to the Social Service Act.
