| Abstract/Citation: | Amends S. 10A of the basic act, providing that each client is to be assessed a 3 per cent surcharge, designed to cover the costs of the services that have been rendered to him. This percentage is to be collected and paid to employees every three months by the hotel owner. Provisions are also included specifying penal and disciplinary sanctions in the event of non compliance. |
