| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the acts providing for the public instruction service so as to permit candidates who are ill - and have medical certificates to prove it - to begin their training programmes as soon as they are physically able to do so. Also stipulates that priority is to be given to those possessing the Educational Institute's certificate when deciding amongst candidates invited to serve under contract during the school year 2000-2001. |
