Abstract/Citation: Sets forth guidelines for Pensions Reform for the period 1999-2021. Guidelines provide analytical assessment of the current situation and the need for further improvement of the social security system, set the objectives of reform with regard to, inter alia, pension insurance, minimum and preferential pensions, personal account for pensions insurance premium, and social insurance institutions.
