Abstract/Citation: Establishes, in accordance with Article 138 of the Labour Law, the National Tripartite Committee on Labour and Social Consent, and adopts the Charter of the Committee. The Charter provides that the objective of the Committee is to influence national labour policy and its implementation, to develop the system of national consent on economic and social issues, to settle collective disputes on labour rights and associated economic, social and legal rights and interests. The Cabinet Member responsible for labour issues heads the Committee.
