Abstract/Citation
Regulates the maritime and submarine areas of the Republic of Croatia, the safety of navigation on the internal waters and the territorial area of the Republic of Croatia, the regime of the maritime demesne, the basic material and legal relations concerning waterborne craft, contractual and other obligatory relations concerning ships, procedures concerning the registration of waterborne craft, limitations of ship operator's liability, enforcement proceedings and injunction and security measures on ships.
