Abstract/Citation
Establishes a pension fund for employees in semi-official departments and establishments. Chapter One establishes preliminary definitions. Chapter Two applies the law to cover all the officials of semi-offical departments as prescribed by the Minister of Finance in a notification to be published in the Official Gazette. Chapter Three establishes the grounds of the fund. This governs the fund's budget, revenue, investments, administration, and reports. Chapter Four makes miscellaneous provisions.
