Abstract/Citation
Establishes Bosnia and Herzegovina as a democratic state, operating under the rule of the law and having free and fair democratic elections. Grants citizens all of the rights and freedoms set forth in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and its Protocols, giving them priority over all other law.
