Abstract/Citation: Establishes a Public Complaints Commission with wide powers to inquire into complaints by members of the public concerning the actions of public authorities or companies and their officials. Exempts matters that are pending before and/or relating to, inter alia, the National Assembly, the National Councils of State and Ministers, the Armed Forces, and the Police Force under the Army, Navy, Air Force and Police Acts.
