Abstract/Citation: Amends articles 78 to 101 of the Constitution on the functions and composition of the Federal Assembly and on the election of the President of the Republic (no longer elected by the Federal Parliament but by direct suffrage). The mandate of the President shall be four years and the same person may be elected twice.
